At Hosobo, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized items (Print-on-Demand products)
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@hosobo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
